HELLO NEWGROUNDS once again it is new album time!!! Over the course of the next few days, I will be uploading all 13 songs from my latest album, Wings of Venus! It is 41 minutes of exciting chiptune action and epic dark melodic wonder!! It took me over a year to make!! and I am super happy with it!!! :D

As you are reading this post, the very first song, Path, is up! Admittedly... it doesn't really have much epic dark melodic wonder, but you can check back each day for new tunes, or take a look at the album playlist when it's all done!

You can find the album on Spotify and all of your favorite streaming services, and of course, if you love me and want to support me, you can buy the album on Bandcamp; I would really appreciate it :)

In other news, I am still developing Voxella, my game that I have been working on for over four years. Progress is slow, but steady; if you wanna see how it's going, buy the game!

And of course, aside from this new album, I will always be working on new music. Always. Until the end of time.

Anyways, that does it for my biannual post, I will see yall soon! <3

Today I am excited to announce the release of my new album, Elven Synthesis! It features 10 bitpop tracks made using OpenMPT. I'm going to release it on Newgrounds over the next few weeks (you can listen to the first song already!) but in the meantime you can find it on Spotify, here. I've been working on this for a while now, and I'm really excited to show it off :D

In other news, my game Voxella can be found on Steam! It's still early access, but I am slowly working on polishing it and moving it closer and closer to that finish line. If it looks interesting to you, I would love it if you would buy it and give your feedback on the Voxella Discord server!

Aside from that, I have been working on various other miscellaneous things, (mostly music) so you will probably see more activity from me on this site in the near future. This year has been super fun, one of the best in my life, and I can't wait to share the fruits of my labor with you all in the next.

Anyways, that does it for my annual update! Thank you all for your support, and see you next year!

Three posts in a year?? What is this, 2016? Anyways, I have some musical developments to share...

...but first, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention everyone who has now suddenly followed me, mostly thanks to the success of Kobold Siege by @Stopsignal! Thank you all for the support- I promise to keep making more chiptunes into the future!

Regarding musical developments, I've recently* been shopping around for a new music program to replace Jummbox. I've been using variants of Beepbox for nearly 4 years now, and I'm thinking I should move on. Of course, I probably won't stop using it altogether, (because, imo, it is unparalled in ease-of-use across all DAWs and therefore remains an excellent tool for sketching) but I do hope to phase it out in favor of something that gives a bit more control and finesse over exactly what the music can sound like.

In particular, I've been looking at OpenMPT and LMMS, two programs which I am quite enjoying. I've experimented with OpenMPT a bit more, but I think it'll still take me a while to really decide on a program to use. I've also been making lots of music in Musescore, mostly for band but also just as good fun and learning.

In the meantime, I will still be making music using Jummbox! Expect new songs soon*.

Regarding other developments: Voxella is going well and good! A Steam version won't be out this year, but you can of course still play it on itch.io. I've also been working on other projects, mostly for school but also some proper games as well.

Again, thank you all for the support! See you soon, and have a happy new year!

*within a margin of a couple months

YO I actually didn't take a year for my next post, how about that! Some updates on what I've been doing:

Commissions: I figured I'd update my commissions availability since the previous one was from like,,, a year ago. I am open to doing commissions! Free or paid is fine; generous deadlines advised. Additionally, all of my music is free to use in whatever game/animation/other project you want, I just ask that you credit me.

Voxella: This is the game that I have been working on for the past year and a half! I hope to release a version of it on Steam before the end of the year, but for now you can play it on itch.io.

Music: More music is on the way! In fact, I just released a new track today called Trackersong.

Anyways, that's all for me for now!

It's time for more music! I recently published my latest album, The Album That I Made I Think, on Bandcamp, and I hope to release it on Newgrounds over the next couple of days aswell.

If you want to see another project that has been taking up most of my time, check out Voxella, a game that I have been working on for about a year now. (which just so happens to be the date of my last post on here! wow!!) If you want to see yet another project that has been taking up valuable post-making time, I've made a website for a conlang I'm following called toki pona, if you want to see it here.

Anyways, that's all from me. See you in like,,, another year!

I haven't made a post in a couple of months.... huh.

This is just a small notice for anyone reading that I do, in fact, exist. Aside from the new songs I just posted today and last week, (which you should totally listen to!) I haven't showcased any new songs for a while. Part of that was because my computer was broken, but even before that I was making music and not finishing it. Such is the case of musical distraction. Now though, since it seems I'll be at home for a little while, I'm slowly rebuilding my song momentum. If you couldn't tell, throughout 2019 I've been learning a lot about music and music theory, and I want to apply those skills for the world to see. I'm really excited to show just what I can make!

As an aside, I made a Youtube video about songs that I never finished/published, going from mid-2018 all the way to late 2019.

Aside from musical stuff, I have been working on game dev. I know my contributions here on Newgrounds may not seem that impressive, so if you want to see that, go to my itch.io page.

I need something better to write here than ¨wow newgrounds has changed so much.¨

I've been on a bit of a roll recently with new songs- just posted one now, in fact. It's some nice melodic chiptune/FM stuff, so if you haven't heard it yet, you totally should.

Also, I may or may not be making a spooky song this year. ;)

In the future, I'm probably going to move away from Modded Beepbox. I've kinda lost the drive to update it, especially since the team to make it is gone now due to various reasons. This is a while into the future though. If I ever get into a period of creative block, I'll try making music with another program like Deflemask, (of which I have used before) Sunvox, or even to famous FL Studio. Who knows? Anyways, if you see a sudden drop in quality of my music, now you'll know why.

I'm probably gonna make another song now, bye!

Bonus Note: I'm sorting out my collections now so all of my songs are all neat and organized. :)

Wow, it's been like 10 months since I wrote a post here. Newgrounds has changed a lot in that time...

If you're reading this, you probably noticed that I released a game today, Kek Em' Up. Well, along with this, I'm working on another, much bigger game called Cell Centre, as well as a couple stupid things to do in my freetime, like a game with 640 achievements. I'm making most of this with the help of a game development collective called The Okey Collective.

I've also been recently adding some more songs to my repertoire, putting them into a new album called The Album Made of Chocolate. I'm even working on songs for NGAP15AD, (an acronym that is especially confusing to type) which is a movie-like thing to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Audio Portal.

Also, Newgrounds really wants me to state if I'm available for commissions. I guess I am, but don't expect anything for a couple of months. It's not that I don't want to, I just have more important things to do. Maybe over the summer...

Overall, lots of neat stuff has happened in those 10 months. Some stuff I didn't even mention, like the progression of Modded Beepbox and my increasing attraction to speedrunning, but that will have to wait for another post.

Ok so right now I have a bunch of cool projects im pretty excited about that I wanted to share.

First of all, I'm participating in the Newgrounds Audio Portal 15th Drama, which is pretty cool. You can see more about it here from Whirlguy.

I'm also working on an independant music program called Cinnamon Roll, which I hope to use for more of my songs in the future. You can see it here.

I also forgot to put this in the original post, but I'm starting a new album called "The Album of Ages," which will be coming out throughout the week. I might also participate in AIM. (but not likely)

Wow, has this year been incredible. So many good and bad things that this year has bent my black and white perception of reality. All this working on Modded Beepbox.

Well, I hope you have a good day to, and for my last track of the year I present something I really loved to work on: Emfunqthwue! (Coming Soon!)
